About JD & Ruth Smith

Ruth and I have been happily married for 20 years as of Oct.1, 2009 and have two beautiful healthy children. Our son Damyn is in College at OSU Okmulgee and is majoring in Computer Forensics in hopes to work with Department of Defense, Cia or equivalent. Our Daughter Lindsey is a senior at Berryhill High and is planning to attend college at OBU and will major in Psychology.

Ruth and I have lived in Oklahoma most all of our life and are very knowledgeable of Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Mannford, Tulsa, Jenks, Glenpool and their bordering areas. Our favorite hobbies are camping, hunting, fishing and reading. Ruth and I have been best friends since before marriage and really enjoy most of the same stuff together whether it be work related or play...we just enjoy each others time and hope to live long and prosperous lives together. Both of us have been in real estate full time since March of 2000 and absolutely love it!

The relationship between a home buyer or seller and their agent is based on trust, shared goals and understanding. I strive to continually improve and to do this I listen and take the needs and wants into consideration.
